Refund Policy

We have a no refund policy due to the nature of our product, which means after purchasing your items, they can not be refunded. All sales are final unless otherwise communicated between the owner of shePRESSEDem and the client. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all information; including sizes are correct when finalizing orders. Replacement nails are available upon request, contact us!

shePRESSEDem is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, unclaimed, etc. orders. Once orders have been shipped, please direct your inquiries to the mail shipment provider. All orders come with a tracking number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (within 5 business days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with photos and a description of what happened. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We DO NOT offer exchanges due to the nature of our product. Please be 100% certain of your purchase.
